Warren is a Partner with PPB Advisory. He has over 18 years' experience within the insolvency industry and is regarded as a specialist in this field. His extensive career has seen him develop the skills to advise his clients across the areas of personal insolvency, asset restructuring and bankruptcy.
Specialist expertise
Warren’s experience has seen him undertake specialist investigations into insolvent individuals on behalf of creditors. He is also a registered trustee in bankruptcy and is experienced in the administration and conduct of bankrupt estates and arrangements under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act 1966.
Warren’s also conducts workshops on behalf of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Experience/recent transactions
Warren’s experienced within in all areas of court based appointments. Some of his career highlights include the:
- negotiating and successful implementation of a Part X arrangement for a partner in a well known legal practice
- administration of the bankrupt estate of a barrister and liaising with the legal practitioners board to enable the bankrupt to remain practicing as a barrister
- implementation of a Deed of Company Arrangement with a telecommunication company with debts of in excess of $30 million
- successful administration of an estate involving the sale of multiple properties and vehicles, and an aeroplane which resulted in the debtor obtaining an annulment of his estate.
