Overview
Tim is a Partner in PPB Advisory's Adelaide office. He is an Official Liquidator and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. He has been involved in the area of litigation support since 1991. He joined PPB in 2000 and was admitted as a Partner in 2001
Specialist expertise
Tim has since lectured extensively on a wide range of insolvency matters and related topics. He has investigated complex structures of individual and interrelated groups of companies, to achieve reconstructions or take other actions on clients' behalf.
Tim has been involved in some of the largest actions in South Australia's history; and has specific experience in the preparation of economic loss reports, detailed loss schedules and the analysis of reports prepared by other experts.
Experience/recent transactions
Tim has specific experience in all forms of corporate insolvency, including voluntary administrations, receiverships and court liquidations. Tim’s experience has been in manufacturing, construction, and retail business. He has prepared many reports on the financial position of businesses and provided advice to directors. He is experienced in managing and selling businesses as well as investigating, and designing turnaround/reconstruction strategies.
He has specific experience in litigation support and the preparation and analysis of economic loss reports and detailed loss schedules.
