Scott has over 15 years’ experience in insolvency, working with national companies in both New South Wales and South Australia.
Scott has been trustee of more than 1,000 bankrupt estates and official liquidator of over 1,000 companies. Prior to this, he was involved in many large and complex formal and informal insolvencies and experts’ reports.

Scott specialises in getting returns for unsecured creditors in unfunded bankruptcies and Court liquidations and has built a team of experts in this field. Scott’s clients include major unsecured creditors such as the Australian Taxation Office and Workers Compensation insurers, together with solicitors and debt collectors.
Scott has published articles on insolvency-related topics in various professional publications. He’s also presented papers at various insolvency-related seminars and conferences.
