Overview
Nicole is PPB Advisory’s national Director of Human Resources.
She is responsible for leading the Human Resources team to partner with the business to develop and implement our people strategy, to maximise the performance of the firm.
Since joining PPB Advisory in 2009, Nicole has built an HR function which is strategically aligned to the firm’s goals. She has developed a robust HR strategy, focused on high performance teams and best practice in relation to people’s development and continuous learning. She has also implemented a senior leadership program and designed reward and recognition programs.
Prior to working at PPB Advisory, Nicole worked in senior Human Resources roles at Macquarie, PwC, KPMG, ASX and C&L.

- Bachelor of Commerce
- Undergraduate Degree Psychology
- Post graduate Diploma Psychology
- Registered Psychologist.
