Mark has more than 20 years' experience as an insolvency practitioner, with more than 15 years' as Principal of a small boutique firm.
He is a Chartered Accountant, official liquidator and registered bankruptcy trustee.
Mark’s experience has seen him take a leading role in all forms of insolvency administrations for companies and individuals’ estates. He’s also experienced in the reconstruction and the liquidation of solvent enterprises.
Specialist expertise
Mark's primary experience has been in managing formal court appointed liquidations. He specialises in seeking the best outcome for all stakeholders including creditors and employees and his experience in this field includes:
- the sale of assets, property and businesses as going concerns
- debt recovery and the completion of work in progress for realisations
- recovering insolvent transactions and insolvent trading claims
- the preparation of expert reports on insolvency claims for evidence in Court proceedings and giving evidence in Court as an expert witness; and
- dealing with and resolving complex claims from competing interests.
