PPB Advisory was engaged to provide forensic litigation support in a dispute concerning the provision and operation of a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel.
We conducted: a detailed review and commercial analysis of the EUR450 million FPSO construction and operation agreement; a detailed review and analysis of the supplier’s financial accounts, project construction pipeline, financing arrangements and debt covenants; and prepared independent expert testimony for proceedings filed in the Federal Court of Australia. Pre trial negotiations resulted in the matter being settled out of court.
