PPB Advisory conducted a diagnostic review on behalf of the financier of a group of ten regional NSW and Qld freehold hotels, including the critical assessment of cash flow and trading forecasts, as well as a review of the financier’s security position.
The review and subsequent recommendations allowed the financier to properly consider commercial and financial risks.
