PPB Advisory was appointed to a mixed use development in the heart of Chatswood, involving the railway station, 10,000 sq m retail centre and development rights for 3 residential towers comprising more than 500 apartments.
At the time of the appointment, the subdivision was incomplete so PPB Advisory’s role incorporated the negotiation of a complex building rights package between the developer, Railcorp NSW, TIDC (Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation), Willoughby City Council, neighbouring properties and the contracted retail purchaser, to enable new titles to be produced and the assets (development rights and retail centre) to be realised.
