About our Graduate program
Our one week induction introduces you to the business so you have a good understanding of PPB Advisory - what we do, and where you fit in.
You will be provided with additional training to assist you in your specific role – e.g. Microsoft package, time management, writing and communication skills.
Training and development programs are tailored to your specific needs and you’ll also receive on the job training e.g. networking, communication, technical training, presentation skills.
Of course, the best way to learn is by doing – you’ll be involved in a variety of jobs with exposure to different industries.
Selection Criteria
- Ideally – we are looking for graduates in Commerce, Commerce law, Economics, Finance, or a Business degree. We provide support for you to complete a graduate certificate in Chartered Accounting Foundations.
- Good academic qualifications and a well rounded personality aligned with our values
